WOMEN AND YOUTH
We believe in unlocking opportunities to empower women and youth who deserve to feel valued today and access every opportunity to become future decision-makers in all social aspects and become agents of change. These can be achieved by providing access to education and sources of income to empower women and the youth to:
- Become valued members of society and the economy
- Become decision-makers on matters that affect them
Our work aims to ensure that women and the youth in developing countries can access accurate information to support them in making crucial decisions regarding their lives, skills and development, and to help them have a chance at fair employment and education.
We do this by training young people on interview skills, how to dress for success, mobilization skills, hygiene workshops, and public speaking/storytelling skills. We aim to empower youths to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, and financial support to youth leaders in their efforts to influence policies, mobilize peers, and media. Regular campaigns will be held in rural and urban areas to boost youth employment, empowerment and entrepreneurship. We believe that linking youth leaders to opportunities to engage with stakeholders and influence policy-dialogues at the national and regional levels is very essential.
To achieve these goals, we will need support for our work through different sources, which include grants and donations from local bodies through our community-oriented projects and collaboration with the public sector. We rely on the support of our community, the government and other organizations to help us achieve these goals. We need action for humanity!
